Nexsan takes corporate responsibility seriously. That’s why Nexsan employees worldwide are expected and directed to comply with all laws and Nexsan’s business conduct policies relating to their business activities.

It is each Nexsan employee’s responsibility to know and understand legal and policy requirements as they apply to their job, to follow the advice of Nexsan legal counsel, and to notify management when they believe a violation of law or these policies has occurred. It is also each employee’s responsibility to cooperate with Nexsan management and any external authorities in any investigation regarding violations of law or corporate policy.
