On Location Pre-Exchange Program
An industry first program for maximum protection of critical storage devices, this program provides customers with an on location pre-exchange unit that features fully redundant fail-over hardware including the chassis for a nominal annual charge. This program enables our customers to have in their rack chassis a fully implemented system. Along with our 24-hour no charge technical support, customers can now be assured of rapid resolution to any problem. Defective components can then be advance replaced for constant availability. |

On Site Warranty
Nexsan offers World Wide On-Site support seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day. (Some countries and costs vary, check with your sales representative for specific regional details). A simple call to our European or North American support offices and we will assist in diagnosis and dispatch an on-site technician as required. A call tracking number will be issued for convenience to our customers. |
