Nexsan will support customers using Nexsan products with ESX servers and operating systems in a VMware virtual machine environment. Nexsan will provide unqualified support for all Nexsan product(s) running with VMware in an identical manner as with Nexsan products running with any other operating system using a compliant FC or iSCSI interface. Nexsan will assist the VMware / Nexsan customer to correct any technical issues. Nexsan will request the customer contact VMware if Nexsan is unable to isolate the cause. Nexsan will work with VMware to the best of our ability to isolate the cause and resolve any technical issues.
