NEXSAN VICE PRESIDENT ELECTED TO SNIA'S DATA MANAGEMENT FORUM BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Brendan Kinkade also named chair of Speaker's Bureau

WOODLAND HILLS, Calif., November 19, 2005 - Nexsan Technologies, the leader in innovative storage solutions, today announced that Brendan Kinkade, the company's vice president of marketing, has been elected to a two-year term on the Storage Networking Industry Association's Data Management Forum Board of Directors where he will serve as the chair of the group's Speaker's Bureau responsible for DMF's participation in global conferences and events.

Kinkade joins Nexsan CEO Philip Black, co-chair of the Information Lifecycle Management Initiative (ILMI) as a member of the Data Management Forum's leadership team. Prior to being elected to the DMF Board, Kinkade served on the market development teams of the Data Protection Initiative and ILMI.
