Designed to deliver high availability and high IOPS performance for disk-to-disk enterprise backup, large secondary storage pools and on-demand rich media archive solutions, the ATABeast/HA features dual controllers with active-active failover, fully redundant components with hot swap capabilities, and an extreme density design in a highly scalable, cost-correct configuration. The ATABeast/HA also features Nexsan's horizontal midplane design that promotes superior airflow and eliminates insertion stress points, and the NexScan management interface built into the ATABeast/HA hardware allows monitoring, status reporting, "phone-home" and multi-box management of all subsystems.
